Hi Everyone,We have to eat in order to have the energy to perform our daily tasks and to enjoy the many beautiful things in this world. However, do we really know what to eat so that we can be healthy? Many diseases are associated with unhealthy eating. 2. What are some of the unhealthy food adults and children like to eat?
3. Why is important to eat healthily?
4. What are some of the diseases associated with eating unhealthy food?
5. What are the benefits of eating fruits and vegetables?
6. Do you like to eat fruits and vegetables? Why?
7. Do you support the school's campaign in encouraging pupils to eat more fruits and vegetables? Why?
8. What activities can you suggest to encourage children to eat more vegetables and fruits? As usual, I look forward to reading your reflection of healthy eating.

Reflection
We must eat healthy foods such as bread, cabbages, carrots and etc. Most adults usually go to a Mac Donalds to buy their quick breakfast or lunch. Hash brown, french fries, onion rings, burgers and etc are all unhealthy food that both adults and children like to eat. If you don`t have enough vitamin c you can get scurvy. I like to eat fruits and vegetables because they are sweet and delicious.

My Reflection
Earth hour is an international event which takes place at the end of March every year. Participants are encouraged to turn off their lights for one hour starting from 8.00p.m. The event is designed to draw attention to the issue of wasted electricity in all countries. I can save electricity by spending lesser time on the television and computer games. There are many problems Earth is facing such as global warming, pollution and ozone depletion. We can stop pollution by using solar-powered cars and public transport.
